Meeting people IRL is awesome!
On an end note, we met Bruce IRL (in real life) out in LA during Blog World Expo. In fact, we stayed with him over night at his house! Bruce is a gracious host and we were impressed. He made cappuccinos for us in the morning, took us out later to a great Chinese place for dinner, and made him self accessible during our entire stay. (he also lent us the keys to his car…) Mila wrote an article about the power of attending conferences entitled “Strategies in Social Media – Learning the Ropes & Expanding Horizons” which I highly recommend you read. She has many of her famous pictures embedded within.
